What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the reliability, safety, and performance of plant equipment, machinery, and processing systems while supporting food safety and operational excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment to maximize plant reliability and production efficiency.
- Performing preventive maintenance, welding, fabrication, equipment installation, and equipment testing to ensure safe and effective operations.
- Supporting food safety, GMP, OSHA, HACCP, and FSMA requirements while maintaining an audit-ready facility and clean work environment.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent and a 2-year degree or educational equivalent in a technical or industrial field such as electronics, mechatronics, mechanics, welding, automation, or a related field.
- Preferred minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in flour milling, food processing, or a related manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, welding and fabrication experience, valid driver's license, computer proficiency, and the ability to operate lifts, hoists, and overhead cranes.
