Full-time / Non-exempt / Pay based on experience
Menno Haven is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our Maintenance team! In this role, you will perform a variety of electrical work across our senior living community while supporting renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and fixtures.
- Diagnose electrical issues and perform repairs in a timely manner.
- Support renovation and remodeling projects across Menno Haven.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Electrician in the Borough of Chambersburg, PA required.
- Minimum 3+ years of electrical experience preferred.
- Prior renovation or residential service experience strongly preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to follow directions required.
- Must be a team player as well as be able to work independently required.
- Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude required.
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong customer service skills required.
- Must maintain a clean, neat appearance required.
- Must possess a good work ethic, dependability, flexibility and be punctual required.
- Experience is senior living is a plus.

- Full-time, Day shift, Monday-Friday
- On-Call Rotation
- Must be available for snow removal
