• Bent Tree Country Club is seeking a track-proven individual who takes pride in their day-to-day work as a Building Engineer.
• The Building Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in the building.
• This includes but is not limited to kitchen equipment, HVAC, boilers, and BMS operation.
• The Building Engineer will also be responsible for ensuring that all systems are operating efficiently and safely and will be required to troubleshoot and diagnose any issues that arise.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in all of the above areas, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain building systems, including fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing, & electrical to ensure the operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by the client.
• Conduct preventative maintenance throughout the main clubhouse and the Tennis building Maintain detailed records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and equipment inventory.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on equipment and machinery, including commercial kitchen appliances.
• Collaborate with the Chief Building Engineer to ensure equipment readiness for daily operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure all equipment is in safe and working condition Meet the physical requirements of this role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
