 Restaurant Supervisor Shift Leader Job Description:

As a Restaurant Supervisor Shift Leader, you will:

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations

• Delegate tasks to ensure the MOD experience is consistently delivered

• Share Your Knowledge by leading through example and coaching the team

• Build Connections with the Squad, guests, and community

• Celebrate wins by setting goals, coaching with purpose, and recognizing success

• Maintain Standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness

• Role Model MOD culture in every interaction s

Requirements

• 1+ year supervisor and leadership experience in a quick service or fast paced environment preferred (pizza experience is a plus)
• Passion for people – guest service oriented and team focused
• Available to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment
