 Restaurant Supervisor Shift Leader Job Description:

As a Restaurant Supervisor Shift Leader, you will:

• Assist -Assist the store General Manager in the success of daily operations
• Delegate - Delegate tasks so that the Mod experience is achieved and maintained for customers
• Share Your Knowledge – Lead by example and share your knowledge to encourage the team’s success
• Connections - Create meaningful relationships with the team (squad), the guests, and the community
• Celebrate - Set goals, coach with purpose, and celebrates the wins with the team
• Standards - Ensure the highest standards in the quality, safety and cleanliness of our product and environment.
• Role Model - A Restaurant Supervisor Shift Leader, also known as a Mod Squad Captain, will be a passionate role model instilled with the confidence to demonstrate MOD’s culture in all interactions

Requirements

• 1+ year supervisor and leadership experience in a quick service or fast paced environment preferred (pizza experience is a plus)
• Passion for people – guest service oriented and team focused
• Available to work daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment
