Larson Automotive Group is hiring an experienced General Manager for Infiniti of Tacoma to lead dealership operations, develop a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional luxury ownership experience while driving overall business performance.

Your Role

• Work with Infiniti manufacture requirements to set clear business goals and objectives
• Execute business strategies that consistently deliver strong financial performance
• Champion a guest-first culture rooted in transparency, trust and long-term relationships
• Drive overall dealership profitability through effective sales, service, and operational leadership.
• Lead from the front and be the example for your department
• Partner with executive leadership to implement forward-thinking sales, marketing and operational initiatives
• Lead dealership performance across sales, service, and operations while ensuring alignment with company goals and Infiniti standards.

 What We’re Looking For

• Proven success as a General Manager or General Sales Manager in an automotive dealership
• Strong understanding of dealership financials, KPIs and operational controls
• A people-first leader with a track record of developing managers and building culture
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for reputation and long-term growth
• Confident decision-maker who thrives with autonomy and accountability
• High integrity, strong communication skills, and executive presence
