Consultor Sr de Estrategia de Talento
Contaremos contigo para:
- Ejecución de proyectos enfocados en liderazgo, desarrollo y gestión de Talento
- Acompañar a los equipos para desarrollarlos en tiempo y en forma
Lo que necesitas tener:
- Carrera en administración, psicología, ingeniería, etc
- Experiencia: 2 a 3 años de experiencia en consultoría de estrategias de talento (Korn Ferry, Price, AON, EY o una consultoría)
- Excel: Intermedio, base de datos y tablas dinámicas
- Uso de herramientas de IA
