About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and motivated DC Associate to join our Auckland Distribution Centre team. You will work closely with the DC Manager and Supervisor to support a wide range of warehouse operations, including dispatch, inventory management, inwards good processing, and maintaining accurate stock records.
Here's what's on offer

- Employment Status: Permanent Full-time
- Days of work: Monday to Friday (6:00am - 2:30pm)
- Minimum Hours: 40 hours per week
- Location: Wiri, Auckland
- Hourly Rate: $25.00
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer, production, and export orders accurately and on time.
- Process inventory and warehouse transactions accurately, ensuring system records match physical stock.
- Receive, unload, check, and receipting incoming stock in accordance with company procedures and biosecurity requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock locations through effective shelving, storage, and inventory control practices.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and inventory variances.
- Conduct cycle counts and support inventory management activities to achieve high stock accuracy standards.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and support operational goals.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment while actively contributing to health and safety.
- Demonstrate company values through positive communication, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
What we're looking for
- Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or inventory experience is ideal
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Be flexible, reliable and have good time management
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely including lifting
- Team player with strong communication skills
