    Position Summary

    The Executive Protection Specialist & Secure Driver is responsible for providing secure transportation, executive protection, and threat mitigation for senior leaders. This role ensures safe and discreet travel through proactive planning, situational awareness, risk assessment, and emergency response capabilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide secure transportation and executive protection for designated leaders.
    • Conduct route planning, venue assessments, and threat evaluations.
    • Coordinate with law enforcement, security teams, and Corporate Aviation.
    • Respond to medical and security emergencies as the first line of support.
    • Maintain compliance with LEOSA requirements, security policies, and training standards.
    • Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and operational security at all times.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in law enforcement, military, executive protection, or corporate security.
    • Active LEOSA (HR 218) qualification required.
    • Valid driver's license with a strong driving record.
    • High School Diploma required.
    • CPR/AED certification and advanced defensive driving training preferred.
    • Ability to travel up to 10% and work flexible hours as needed.

    The salary range for this role is

    $96,200.00 - $151,400.00

    This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

    The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
