What You'll Do
As a Central Distribution Tech, you’ll be responsible for:
Receiving, inventorying, and distributing medical supplies using computerized systems
Delivering supplies and procedure trays to/from distribution centers and patient care areas
Ensuring stock rotation and checking expiration dates to maintain supply integrity
Participating in weekly cycle counts and annual inventory audits
Communicating effectively with team members and departments to meet supply needs
Prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines
Maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction
Key Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Previous experience in supply chain distribution and customer service preferred
Basic computer skills and strong interpersonal communication
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Physical & Mental Requirements
This role involves:
Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
Strong attention to detail and ability to concentrate for extended periods
Occasional exposure to temperature fluctuations and hazardous materials
