Meritus Medical Center, in partnership with Anesthesia Management Solutions (AMS), is seeking
CRNAs to join our expanding 1099 PRN provider team in Hagerstown, Maryland. Our fully staffed anesthesia team is expanding coverage opportunities across both Meritus Medical Center and our growing
ASC network.
Whether you want consistent supplemental work or occasional shifts around another position or personal schedule, our PRN model is designed to provide flexibility.
There is no minimum monthly shift requirement to join or remain part of our PRN team. Work as much or as little as your schedule allows.
1099 PRN Compensation

Established Anesthesia Leadership & Culture
Our hospital anesthesia team is led by Anesthesia Department Chair Dr. Matthew Radimer, with Erica
Itnyre serving as Chief CRNA and James Roupe serving as Vice Chief CRNA. The leadership team is focused on maintaining a collaborative, provider-centered culture while expanding anesthesia coverage to support continued surgical and procedural growth.

Meritus and AMS are actively credentialing both CRNAs and Anesthesiologists to create a strong provider pool across the Hospital and ASC network. Joining the PRN team now allows providers to complete credentialing and participate in current coverage opportunities while positioning themselves for additional Hospital and ASC shifts as the network expands.
