Responsibilities
- Promotional Activity Audits: Review and verify pre-event documentation related to promotional activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Post-Event Oversight: Audit and monitor post-event documentation for promotional activities to ensure complete, accurate record-keeping and policy adherence.
- Training & Education: Support the preparation and delivery of annual training programs, covering healthcare compliance, promotional activities, HIPAA, and related regulations.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Monitor, review, and communicate updates regarding new and evolving rules and regulations governing the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
- Document & Contract Management: Manage the organization, filing, and secure storage of legal contracts and compliance documentation.
- Vendor Due Diligence: Assist in reviewing and assessing documentation related to the pre-qualification of potential vendors
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Up to 2 years of compliance experience (or equivalent) within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, effective written and verbal communication abilities, excellent attention to detail and time management.
