Responsibilities
- KOL relationship Management: Build and sustain credible, professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and medical groups.
- Medical & Strategic Insights: Deliver critical medical insights and expert knowledge about disease areas, identify clinical gaps, and support the execution of medical and brand plans.
- Scientific Communication: Respond to unsolicited inquiries from HCPs and deliver high-impact educational programs and scientific presentations to educate HCPs and other stakeholders about the company's products and therapeutic areas.
- Compliance & Operations: Oversee day-to-day event approval workflows ensuring strict adherence to Brand Plans, SOPs, ethical standards, and company guidelines.
- Data & Insights: Maintain the medical database and analyze scientific data, competitor activities, and market trends to support strategic decisions.
- Project Leadership: Lead medical projects within quality standards and timelines under the guidance of the Chief Medical Officer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or an equivalent scientific discipline.
- Professional Experience: Preferably 2+ years of relevant medical/pharmaceutical field experience
- Computer Proficiency: Advanced skills in computer systems and tools
- Core Competencies: Collaboration & Communication, Ethics & Compliance, Analytical Thinking, and Time Management.
