Responsibilities
- Sales & Strategy Execution: Implement compliant medico-marketing strategies to achieve sales targets, analyze territory figures, and develop action plans to bridge performance gaps.
- HCP Engagement & Relationship Building: Manage relationships with specialized doctors, optimize visit frequencies, and deliver accurate product information or technical support.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Gather field feedback and competitor insights to update databases, track trends, and deliver timely reports and action plans to management.
- Business Development & Events: Identify new prospects to expand the product portfolio, increase brand awareness, and organize scientific events for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
- Industry Alignment: Stay updated on medical field developments and market dynamics to help align and optimize the company's business strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or scientific background.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales/medical representation.
- Territory Coverage: All Lebanon
- Preferred Specialties: Oncology.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing concepts alongside strong computer proficiency (CRM tools and data analysis).
- Competencies: Proven track record of territory management, meeting targets, and building strong networks with HCPs.
