SENIOR or LATERAL REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY

Messerli Kramer represents a variety of clients across a series of practice groups: Banking and Finance, Business Litigation, Corporate and Estate Planning, Commercial Real Estate and Family Law.

Position Details 

This individual will have minimum of 8+ years of real estate transactional experience including representing clients in commercial leasing, sale/acquisition, finance and real estate development transactions.   The position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a thriving and accomplished real estate practice and collegial work environment.

Responsibilities

· Handle heavy deal volume within the corporate and real estate teams.

· Manage real estate due diligence for sale and purchase and financing transactions.

· Manage complex closings of real estate sale and purchase deals.

Salary

Base compensation will vary based on level of experience, skills and education. Compensation range $180,000-275,000+. Attorneys are also eligible for objective (quarterly), source (monthly) and annual discretionary incentives based on performance.
