Description
This position assists Human Anatomy instructors in cadaver dissections, clean-up after labs, and research.
Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Assist Human Anatomy instructors in cadaver dissections (30%)
- Prepare and set up laboratory including preparation of solutions, equipment, and software (10%)
- Post-lab cleanup (30%)
- Engages in research duties (20%)
- Assist instructors in maintaining a safe work environment. (10%)
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
Secondary Duties
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education Required
Education Preferred
Experience Required
Completed or taking the cadaver-based anatomy course at Messiah’s PT program.
Experience Preferred
Skills, Characteristics Required
Must be a team player.
Attention to detail is a must.
Should be a self-motivator and have computer knowledge.
Training will be provided.
Special Working Conditions
Student will be working in a cadaver lab.
