Description
This position provides administrative assistance for the Vice President for Advancement.
$8.00/hour
Primary Duties
1. Use Microsoft Office in design of spreadsheets, documents, tables, and PowerPoint presentation.
2. Work independently using strong organizational skills and creative marketing abilities.
3. Accomplish general office duties such as opening and distributing mail, filing, proofreading, typing general correspondence and have exceptional telephone etiquette.
4. Maintain consistent and reliable attendance

1. Assist other advancement departments as needed

1 year of general office experience
