Job description

Translate ETRM / Endur requirements into actionable project backlogs
Align with Head of IT Operations on L2and L3 backlog integration
Facilitate project prioritization and stakeholder sessions
Support project delivery by clarifying requirements and acceptance criteria
Define and promote BA best practices and delivery methods
Manage and mentor a team of BAs, ensuring quality and consistency

5+ years of experience in business analysis within energy trading or financial markets
Strong knowledge of ETRM systems (Endur preferred) and trading lifecycle processes
Proven experience leading business analysis activities across multiple projects
Ability to manage priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
Experience with Agile delivery methods and backlog management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
Exposure to system integration and data flow design is an advantage
