We’re looking for exceptional Technical Product Leads to help shape what we build and why.
This is a highly technical, user-focused product role for people who want to work closely with both customers and builders to influence product direction. The scope will evolve with the product and team.
What you'll do
- Talk directly to customers to understand how they use the product and where it falls short
- Build a deep understanding of user workflows, especially in data-heavy environments
- Identify and clearly define the most important problems to solve
- Turn those insights into clear proposals for product direction
- Move across engineering teams, focusing on where context is most useful
- Work closely with engineers and design to shape solutions and tradeoffs
- Bring clarity to ambiguous problems so teams can move quickly and make good decisions
How this role fits
Product is led directly by our CEO. You’ll work closely with him, along with engineering and design leadership, to shape direction and priorities.
Technical Product Leads contribute to roadmap discussions and help guide what gets built through strong problem definition and customer insight. Engineering Managers plan and execute the work.

Compensation
The US base salary range for this role is $102K–$200K annually, plus equity and benefits.
Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and scope of responsibility. Pay may vary by geographic location and other job-related factors.
