What We Look For

• High ownership and a strong bias for action

• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

• Sharp problem-solving ability and structured thinking

• Clear, direct communication

• Deep craft in your area of expertise — whatever that area is

Bonus if you:

• Have worked in early-stage or scaling startups (0→1 or 1→10)

• Have exposure to AI, SaaS, or the market research industry

• Have hands-on experience with survey platforms (Qualtrics, Forsta/Confirmit, Decipher) or research operations
