    • Assist in troubleshooting technical and mechanical design challenges during project execution
    • Maintain project documentation, BOMs, and engineering records within SAP and PDM systems
    • Participate in project reviews to help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
    • Research and stay current on emerging automation technologies, robotics, and manufacturing trends
    • Leverage and improve existing automation platform designs while supporting customer-specific adaptations and continuous product improvements
    • Build strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
    • Support cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Controls Engineering, Manufacturing, and Electro-Mechanical Technicians
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

    • Ability to transform conceptual ideas into practical, manufacturable solutions
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
    • Effective communication and project coordination abilities
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams including Sales, Automation Controls Engineering, and shop floor Electro-Mechanical Technicians
