    Job description

    Production Technician – Direct Hire
    Starting Pay: $21.84/hour + Shift Premiums & Overtime Opportunities

    Metalsa Roanoke is hiring Production Technicians to join our manufacturing team. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and enjoy hands-on work, we offer a stable career with competitive pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities for growth.

    What You'll Do

    • Operate manufacturing equipment and support production processes
    • Perform basic equipment adjustments and troubleshooting
    • Follow safety and quality standards
    • Work with your team to meet production goals
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives

    What We're Looking For

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, construction, landscaping, farming, military, or other hands-on labor roles
    • Stable work history
    • Strong attendance and reliability
    • Forklift experience preferred
