Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator at METRIC., you'll work alongside our Project Managers and field teams on civil infrastructure projects across BC.

This role is for someone who understands civil construction, keeps track of the details and likes being at the center of a project. You'll help keep information flowing, costs tracked, documentation organized and the project team one step ahead.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

• Coordinating information between clients, Project Managers and field teams
• Managing RFIs, QA/QC submittals, permits, shop drawings and project documentation
• Coordinating project-specific purchasing
• Tracking labour, equipment, production, costs and budgets
• Supporting change management, billing and reporting
• Visiting active projects and working closely with field teams

What We Need From You

• 1–3 years of civil construction project coordination experience or experience in a related role
• Understanding of project sequencing, schedules and cost control
• Experience with RFIs, change management and project documentation
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfort with construction management software and digital systems
• Class 5 driver's licence and ability to visit active construction sites

This is an office and field-based position. Daily attendance at our Chilliwack office is required, along with regular visits to active construction sites.
