Job Requirements:

• Applicants MUST be clean cut and professional in appearance
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must pass background check and drug test
• Management experience of 1-2 years is preferred
• Car wash experience and/or mechanical experience of at least 1-2 years is a plus!
• Ability to work 40-50 hours per week
• Excellent disposition, mindset, communication skills, and work ethic

Compensation: $13.00-$15.00 per hour plus bonus incentives

Job Location: Missoula, MT

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Assisting the General Manager in daily operations of the car wash
• Monitoring wash and product quality
• Handling customer issues and concerns on a daily basis
• Keeping staff on track and on task to meet daily and monthly goals set by the ownership and management team
• Maintaining equipment and involvement in repairing necessary equipment
