You lead end-to-end delivery of people technology and AI transformation, and deliver accurate reporting, dashboards and insights that enable informed decisions and continuously improve colleague experience.&nbsp;What you will do<div style='margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;'><ul style="margin-bottom:0cm;"><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Lead the end-to-end delivery of people technology projects, defining scope, plans, milestones and governance, and managing resources, risks, issues and dependencies to deliver agreed outcomes on time and to the required quality.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Act as the people technology subject matter expert, partnering between business SMEs and the relevant technical partner, facilitating the development of people technology and AI solutions by translating business requirements into clear technical needs, supporting solution design and resolving issues through to delivery.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Lead configuration across all our People Systems, including Workday, ensuring accuracy, governance and alignment with People processes.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Guide and direct junior analysts, delegating routine transactions and non‑complex configuration updates. - Create advanced dashboards, analytics and data models to support insights and decision‑making across the business.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, ensuring data integrity, automation and insight generation.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Support releases, testing cycles and continuous improvement activity to ensure system stability and accuracy.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Stay up to date on technology capability, people analytics trends, and emerging data technologies.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Design and deliver approved AI-enabled people solutions, service enhancements, embedding automation, generative AI tools, and workflow optimisation in accordance with the Bank’s enterprise AI, data protection, security and model-risk governance frameworks.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Use agile delivery methods to manage AI and transformation initiatives, ensuring rapid testing, iteration, and value delivery.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Promote digital adoption, ensuring people teams are trained and confident in new AI capabilities</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Support enterprise-wide transformation programmes, ensuring people impacts are anticipated, managed, and optimised.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Collaborate across PELCO to align transformation roadmaps and ensure integrated delivery.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, innovation, and insight-led decision making.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Ensure effective risk, AI and data governance and quality across People data, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards across all people-related digital initiatives.</li></ul></div> And... we are a bank, so risk is part of everything we do. What you will need <div style='margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0cm;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;'><ul style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left: 7.850000000000001px;"><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Strong understanding of AI tools, automation and digital HR technologies and alignment to responsible AI, data privacy and governance principles</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Ability to translate business needs into system and reporting solutions</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Able to quickly grasp and navigate a wide range of people technologies, translating technical capabilities into practical solutions and improvements</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise competing demands effectively</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Clear communication skills for explaining technical topics to non‑technical audiences</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Strong stakeholder engagement skills</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Comprehensive knowledge of Workday configuration (HCM, Security, Reporting) – ideally you would have Workday Pro certification or equivalent</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Knowledge of HR processes and how systems enable them</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., PowerBI)</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Understanding of data governance, quality, and compliance principles</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Knowledge of people systems, AI capabilities, workflow automation and digital process optimisation</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial;">Experience or certification in transformation, AI in HR, digital product ownership or change management (Agile/Lean)</li></ul> Our promise to you…
