&nbsp; &nbsp;Own and manage a portfolio of products, ensuring strong customer and commercial outcomes.&nbsp;
&nbsp; &nbsp;Define and deliver the product strategy and roadmap, engaging stakeholders to drive business objectives.&nbsp;
&nbsp; &nbsp;Monitor product performance, pricing and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve profitability.&nbsp;
&nbsp; &nbsp;Lead product governance activities, including new product approvals, enhancements and annual product reviews.&nbsp;
&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure effective management of product risks, with a focus on customer outcomes, conduct risk and regulatory compliance.&nbsp;
&nbsp; &nbsp;Investigate product-related incidents, identifying root causes and driving corrective actions where required.&nbsp;
&nbsp; &nbsp;Leverage customer insights, market intelligence and competitor analysis to enhance the product proposition.&nbsp;
&nbsp; &nbsp;Build strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships to deliver successful product outcomes and strategic initiatives.&nbsp;And... we are a bank so risk is a part of everything we do. &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong product management and product development experience, with the ability to shape and enhance customer propositions.&nbsp;
&nbsp; &nbsp;Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to leverage data and insights to drive product improvements.&nbsp;
&nbsp; &nbsp;Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.&nbsp;
&nbsp; &nbsp;Sound knowledge of product governance, risk management and conduct requirements, ensuring effective oversight of product portfolios.&nbsp;
&nbsp; &nbsp;Good understanding of the regulatory environment and its impact on retail and business banking products. &nbsp;Our promise to you… &nbsp;
