Crew Member - Landscaping

Job Title:  Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

Location: Charlotte, NC

OPEN HOUSE ON WEDNESDAY, 9/16/26, 8:00am - 3:00pm.  MEET WITH OUR RECRUITERS!

What You Will Do:

Duties include leaf removal, watering sod, trees, or plants using a portable sprinkler system, hoses, or watering cans, and pruning or trimming trees, shrubs, or hedges. Pick up and dispose of trash or debris on all properties. You may also operate mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, electric clippers, or sod cutters.

We work Monday - Friday plus some weekends as needed.

Job Qualifications:

· Experience with commercial lawn and maintenance equipment.

· Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Lawn Maintenance.

· Communicate well - Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

· Be a team player.

· Ability to work some weekends/evenings and inclement weather.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, crouch, stoop, kneel, reach.
