Software Engineer II
Our Software Engineer II role is a full-stack software development role focused on building, enhancing, and maintaining modern web applications that support Metronet's technology and operational teams. You'll work with React, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript, developing solutions across the application stack and translating business needs into practical software solutions.
A unique aspect of this team is its work with interactive mapping and geospatial applications. You'll have the opportunity to develop custom solutions using technologies such as Esri and ArcGIS to help teams visualize information, improve workflows, and solve real-world business and operational challenges. This role will primarily focus on enhancing and extending existing applications as business needs evolve, while also contributing to new development and functionality within those applications.
