    Job description

MetTel is a global communications solutions provider with the most complete suite of fully managed services that focus on secure connectivity, and network and mobility services. We simplify communications and networking for business and government agencies. Our customers include many of the Fortune 500, and Gartner recognizes us as an industry leader. We have the broadest portfolio of technology and integrated partnerships, as well as our private network, which we use to create tailored solutions design, deployment, and ongoing management, driving cost savings, efficiency, innovation, and the ability to focus on core objectives.

We believe that each team member is a key to the success and sustainability of the group. In order to achieve this, we offer an environment where all professionals can grow and develop their skills and competencies, collaborate with diverse professionals, share knowledge and enjoy a rewarding career.

We are seeking a Product Manager - Customer Platform to join our Product Management Mobility Team in our NYC office!

As a Product Manager, you will drive the evolution of the Bruin platform, MetTel's core enterprise telecommunications management system serving 5000 enterprise customers. You’ll own the product roadmap for critical customer-facing capabilities including customer experience, administrative tools, reporting infrastructure, and checkout flows that directly impact our enterprise clients' daily operations.

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Customer portal & admin experience — Partner with UX/UI to modernize the portal, and build the admin tools (accounts, users, permissions, configurations) that let internal teams and customer admins self-serve efficiently
    • Checkout & provisioning — Design seamless flows for device orders, service provisioning, and accessory purchases
    • Reporting & insights — Drive product strategy for customer-facing reporting on wireless usage, device inventory, cost optimization, and network performance
    • Notifications & communications — Improve how the platform alerts and informs end users
    • Roadmap & strategy — Build quarterly/annual roadmaps tied to business objectives, backed by competitive analysis of the TEM market and ROI-driven prioritization
    • Stakeholder communication — Present roadmap and business cases to executive stakeholders; keep documentation, training materials, and release notes current

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 5–7+ years in Product Management, ideally with enterprise SaaS, telecom, or platform/admin-tooling experience
    • Strong analytical chops — comfortable modeling pricing, forecasting revenue, and reading performance metrics to guide decisions
    • A track record of turning complex technical/operational requirements into customer-facing solutions
    • Sharp stakeholder management skills; can influence cross-functional teams and executives alike
    • Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Telecom, or related field; MBA a plus

    WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

    First 90 Days

    • Deep dive into Bruin platform capabilities, customer workflows, and technical architecture
    • Conduct customer interviews and stakeholder alignment sessions
    • Audit existing feature requests and prioritize roadmap initiatives
    • Ship your first feature enhancement based on quick wins
