Receiving Supervisor

Meyer Distributing is looking for a Receiving Supervisor to join our Kingman, AZ team!

You will serve as a point of contact for Purchasing and Warehouse with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives. You should be able to contribute a high quality of internal service that has been set a standard here at Meyer Distributing.
Hourly Rate for Receiving Supervisor:

• $21.00 -$23.00 with opportunities for increases through performance reviews

Schedule: (End times may vary)
1st Shift: Monday-Friday: 7:00AM - 4:00 PM

(Stable schedule: 5-day work week ~40 hours)
Requirements for Receiving Supervisor:

• Schedule inbound Receiving appointments
• Receive incoming shipments
• Organize and maintain stock
• Review receiving processes
• Ensure safe warehouse operations and supply storage
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to engage in repetitious bending and lifting

 Receiving Supervisor duties include but are not limited to:

• Unload trucks and distribute products to appropriate area of warehouse for restocking
• Use scanners to place parts in proper bins and pulls orders
• Stock parts on racks in proper location
• Fill orders from warehouse stock and distributes items to shipping or to designated route driver/customer pick-up staging area
• Place product on pallets and wraps it in film and bands it using banding equipment
• Assist in counting and reconciliation of physical inventory
• Keep warehouse and work area clean and organized at all times
• Wear protective toed shoes and work in a safe manner at all times
• Move products manually and with the assistance of a forklift and manlift
• Load trucks and secures product
• All other duties as assigned
