    Job description

    Occupational Therapist - OT

    Job Overview

Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) – Flexible Schedule | Home Health

Make a lasting difference in children’s lives — one step, stretch, and smile at a time.

Are you ready to redefine pediatric care? MGA Homecare is seeking a high-impact, compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our pediatric home health team. This role goes beyond traditional home health; you’ll deliver meaningful, life-changing therapy in each child’s natural learning environment, where comfort, trust, and progress thrive.

Through our focused Clustered Caseload Model, you’ll spend less time navigating Denver traffic and more time doing what matters most: empowering children and supporting families. From sensory integration to fine motor development, you will serve as a key architect in helping children build independence and confidence.

    Premium Compensation & Incentives

We proudly offer one of the most competitive OT compensation packages in the Rocky Mountain region:

    • Total Target Compensation: $108,000 – $169,000+ (based on experience and visit volume)

    • Income Stability: Guaranteed salary during your initial caseload ramp-up period (4–6 weeks)

    • Weekly Direct Deposit

    The MGA Advantage (Benefits)

At MGA Homecare, we invest in your success—clinically, professionally, and personally.

    • Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, Dental, and Vision plans

    • Retirement Planning: 401(k) with employer matching

    • Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling, paid time off, and weekly direct deposit

    • Free CEUs through Medbridge

    • One-on-one mentorship for new graduates or clinicians transitioning into pediatrics

    • Pet Discount Group

    Core Responsibilities

    • Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough evaluations and deliver evidence-based treatment plans focused on sensory processing, ADLs, and neuromotor development

    • Family Partnership: Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure therapeutic carryover beyond each visit

    • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Nursing staff, and physicians to provide coordinated, holistic care

    • Efficient Documentation: Utilize MGA’s streamlined point-of-care EHR system to reduce administrative burden and maximize patient-focused time

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program

    • Licensure: Active Colorado Occupational Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain via DORA)

    • Certification: Current NBCOT certification and BLS/CPR

    • Experience: Pediatric experience preferred; robust onboarding and training available for motivated clinicians new to pediatrics

    • Additional Requirements:

      • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

      • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
