What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled pediatric physical therapy to children from birth through age 21 in home and community settings.

• Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, coordination, gross motor development, positioning, and functional movement needs.

• Develop individualized plans of care that support safety, independence, and meaningful functional progress.

• Partner with families and caregivers to promote carryover between visits.

• Collaborate with occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing, and care coordination teams.

• Complete timely documentation using electronic charting tools.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy or related PT degree.

• Active or eligible Colorado Physical Therapist license.

• Current in-person CPR/BLS certification.

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

• Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
