    Job description

Speech Language Pathologist - SLP - Up to $7500 Sign On Bonus

    Job Overview

Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Flexible Schedule | Home Health

Flexible Schedule | Pediatric Home Health

You became a Speech-Language Pathologist to help children find their voices, not to chase productivity numbers, juggle rigid schedules, or feel unsupported.

At MGA Homecare, we’ve built a clinician-first model where you control your schedule, your caseload, and your career path, while delivering meaningful, one-on-one pediatric care in home and community settings.

Every session you provide helps a child communicate, connect, and be understood — and supports families during some of their most important moments.

    What You’ll Do

    • Provide pediatric speech-language therapy to children from birth through age 21

    • Treat children with genetic, neurological, developmental, cognitive, and orthopedic conditions

    • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care

    • Address speech, language, feeding, swallowing, and communication needs

    • Educate and empower families to actively participate in therapy and carry over skills

    • Collaborate with occupational therapy, physical therapy, nursing, and care coordination teams

    • Maintain timely and accurate electronic documentation

    • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning within a supportive team environment

    Why SLPs Choose MGA Homecare

    • Full-time and part-time opportunities with no penalty for flexibility

    • Autonomy to build a caseload that matches your clinical interests and lifestyle

Competitive Pay with Real Earning Potential

    • $90,000 – $150,000 annually for full-time SLPs, based on experience, caseload, and availability

    • Caseload-based compensation — earn more if you choose a higher volume without mandatory overtime

    • Many full-time SLPs achieve six-figure earnings while maintaining work-life balance

    • Paid onboarding, training, and annual merit increases

    Your Benefits  (after 30 days)

    • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, and More (available after 30 days of employment)

    • Paid Time Off

    • 401k

    • 24/7 clinical and administrative support

    • You focus on patient care — we help handle the rest

    Professional Development

    • Growth opportunities within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Speech Therapy from an accredited program

    • Active state Speech Therapy license

    • CPR/BLS Certification (skills tested in person)
