Mission:
Drive growth and profitability in the Department Stores and Specialty Retail channel by managing commercial negotiations, developing tailored strategies, and ensuring flawless seasonal execution during critical toy periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual negotiations and commercial agreements with department stores and specialty retailers.
- Develop and execute joint business plans, promotional calendars, and exclusive launches.
- Manage seasonal campaigns, ensuring proper execution of displays, catalogs, and marketing activations.
- Monitor account performance through sell-in and sell-out analysis, providing actionable recommendations.
- Ensure profitability by managing pricing, trade spend, and margin compliance.
- Coordinate closely with Trade Marketing to design impactful in-store activations and catalog presence.
- Work with Demand Planning and Customer Service to secure product availability and timely delivery.
- Support forecasting, ensuring accuracy for seasonal peaks and minimizing out-of-stocks.
- Provide timely and accurate commercial reports and insights to channel leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally in FMCG, toys or consumer goods.
- Proven track record managing department store accounts and/or specialty retail.
- Strong understanding of retail calendars, catalog programs, and seasonal commercial cycles.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or Tableau knowledge is a plus.
- English: intermediate–advanced.

Salary:
$65,592.00 - $ 77,475.00 /monthly
