General Purpose:
To safely and efficiently take care of the Flower Mound campus grounds.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
Clean and organize the outside dock area.
Pick up debris all around the external area of the building.
Pick up debris in the internal areas of the facility.
Clean and pick up debris outside the break areas.
Clean and pick up debris around the open-top containers behind the building.
Sweep and maintain the back aisle in the maintenance parts area.
Sweep and de-clutter the dock areas when they are open.
Check and maintain smoking areas.
Assist in manufacturing needs when applicable.
Maintain housekeeping in maintenance storage areas.
General Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to read and comprehend basic work instructions, standard procedures, etc.
Ability to work in weather elements and conditions.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis.
Capability to stand and move frequently.
Possess a collaborative, team-driven attitude. A good attendance record and a team mindset is critical.
Be precision-driven, and able to comply with all quality and safety requirements.
