Establish a Territory diagnostic and identify key trends in market the sell-out
Elaborate tactics to address his perimeter (market, channel, geography, …)
Identify and recruit new channel partners in line with the Region orientations
Conduct business reviews, steer and make corrective action as appropriate
Develop and animate the partnership
Create documentation and tailor programs by customers
Ensure proper allocation of resources to optimize Michelin & partner’s performance consistently with distribution strategy
Provide customer/partners with regular communications and updates that pertain to their businesses, appropriate training solutions to partners, measure its performance and propose corrective actions.
Manage assigned projects by ensuring programs are in line with customer specifications and requirements, Execute “hand-off” to stakeholders
Promotes and valorize the Sell Out approach with selected customers and sales forces to reinforce Michelin & Partner’s respective performance.
Follows customer satisfaction and contributes to identify actions to improve it.
