Your role as a Human Resources Coordinator will allow you to ensure smooth operations and fostering a positive and engaging work environment. This role offers plenty of opportunity to grow your skills as a Human Resources professional.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and process accurate and timely biweekly payroll. Handle system changes related to new hires, terminations, job changes, and other payroll-related adjustments.
    • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts including posting job openings, monitoring incoming candidates’ numbers, participating in selection process and making offers.
    • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Warmly welcome new team members while providing essential information to properly navigate the organization as they begin their roles.
    • Administers benefit programs for new hires, terminations, and qualifying life events. Serves as a point of contact for team members regarding benefits-related inquiries.
    • Maintains accurate and up to date human resources records, documents, and files. Ensure compliance with recordkeeping and data privacy regulations.
    • Coordinate and organize employee engagement events and lead the organization’s FUN committee.
    • Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
    • Other duties as assigned.
