Our team takes an <em>EQUITABLE FIRST</em> approach when supporting organizations in growing their DEI.</p><p><br></p><p>The Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Advisor is integral to executing our vision of creating more equitable, data-driven, and inclusive workplaces. The main focus of this position is to support our client-facing initiatives which include, but are not limited to, the following:     </p><p>   </p><p><strong>Key

Responsibilities:

 </strong></p><ul><li><strong>Conduct assessments.</strong> Support Senior Advisors in conducting organizational assessments. </li><li><strong>Deliver engagements. </strong>Deliver workshops and other engagements in response to assessment findings. </li><li><strong>Implement strategies.</strong> Support Senior Advisors in the development and implementation of organizational DEI strategies. </li><li><strong>Advise on processes.</strong> Support Senior Advisors in process-level analysis, recommendation, and strategic implementation on process change recommendations.  </li><li><strong>Implement projects.</strong> Support project planning to ensure that strategic recommendations are implemented smoothly. </li><li><strong>Consult on policies.</strong> Provide input on internal policy design and implementation for clients. </li><li><strong>Own projects.</strong> Manage engagements projects with increasing autonomy over time.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>5+ Years of experience in Learning, Organizational Development, Talent Management, and/or Human Resources </li><li>3+ Years of experience in DEI or a related field  </li><li>Experience with the design and management of employee development and DEI programs </li><li>Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline essential, preferably with post-graduate qualifications  </li><li>Minimum of 3 years working extensively with qualitative and quantitative analysis, KPIs, dashboard metrics, executive reporting and/or analytics (for Analyst roles) </li><li>Proven experience leading small to large scale projects and initiatives </li><li>Proven experience working within highly collaborative teams </li><li>Credible leader able to influence senior leaders without direct authority</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred
