We are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to join our team in the South Midlands (Northampton) on a Fixed Term contract for 6 months. The Personal Assistant will provide support to the Regional Managing Director for the region by ensuring that an effective level of administrative support, office management, reception management, diary management and customer service to both internal and external stakeholders is provided at all times.
- Upkeep of Director diary, making appointments as and when required
- Development and management of annual calendar for Director, including scheduling of site visits and liaison with personnel for dates of long service and retirals
- Booking of all Hotel / Travel arrangements for Directors
- Collation and preparation of materials for Board packs
- Experienced in providing board / Director level support
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Has a high degree of personal discipline and pride in work
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, desk top publishing e-mail and internet
