As a Clinician, you'll help people reclaim their lives, one client at a time, through expert evaluation, personalized treatment, and care that adapts as they progress.
ā¢ Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video to understand each client's needs and whether Mindbloom is the right fit
ā¢ Educate clients on the science, safety, and the experience itself, turning anxiety into informed confidence
ā¢ Prescribe ketamine therapy using our clinical protocols as your foundation and your clinical judgment to tailor treatment to each client for the best outcomes
ā¢ Partner with Mindbloom guides to give each client a coordinated, whole-person experience
ā¢ Provide an exceptional client experience that earns their trust, their satisfaction, and their confidence in the care you deliver

ā¢ State Licensure: Psychiatric-Mental Health NP or Psychiatric PA (minimum 6 months of psychiatric experience) licensed in Illinois with an active DEA registration

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 USD (based on 40 hours / week). The actual total annual compensation may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, location, licensure, and market data changes. Consult with your Recruiter during any potential screening to determine a more targeted range based on the job-related factors. We donāt ever want the pay range to act as a deterrent from you applying.
