Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to guide our engineering team in the development and optimization of our mental health and well-being platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system architecture and be proficient in Python, AWS, and GCP. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for making key technical decisions and ensuring the scalability and security of our infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of our mental health app's architecture and technical design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Mentor and support the engineering team to foster a culture of excellence.
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and best practices in system architecture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development with a track record of successful projects.
• Expertise in Python programming language.
• Proven experience with cloud services such as AWS and GCP.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
