The Interventional Psychiatry Patient Navigator (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)/esketamine) plays a key role in supporting patients throughout the full treatment lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality and timely care experience. This position manages intake activities, including gathering required history and documentation, and coordinates patient support during the pre- and post-treatment phases. Serving as a subject matter expert in the TMS and esketamine care process, the Patient Navigator helps drive operational effectiveness and efficiency in alignment with organizational goals. This role collaborates closely with TMS and esketamine clinical and administrative team members to ensure seamless communication and exceptional patient service delivery.

This hybrid role will be primarily onsite at our Ocoee office, with occasional remote work.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Guides patients through their TMS or esketamine treatment journey by building rapport, answering questions, and helping them understand the benefits of treatment once routed through intake.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for all patient communications prior to treatment, gathering required safety screening information, medication and psychiatric/medical history, clinical scales and new-patient paperwork, enrollment forms (REMS, Release of Information, Pharmacy), and coordinating the first esketamine delivery.
• Acts as a knowledgeable resource for patients, responding to questions about TMS and esketamine treatment, process steps, and expectations.
• Demonstrates strong understanding of TMS and esketamine care pathways, including treatment workflows, program operations, and authorization requirements.
• Ensures all documentation is accurate and complete prior to insurance submission.
• Completes initial insurance authorizations and re-authorizations as needed.
• Manages the REMS enrollment process, including Carepath navigation and documentation steps.
• Provides ongoing support during and after treatment, including 2–3 structured follow-up touch points to monitor progress and experience.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in settings such as healthcare front office, customer service, or retail.
• Demonstrated passion for mental health and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Experience working with health insurance processes and requirements.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and “soft touch” style.
• Highly coachable, receptive to feedback, and eager to learn and grow.

CompensationThe pay range for this position is $21-$23 per hour.
