About the Role

As SEO Lead, you’ll drive Mindvalley’s organic growth by shaping how our brand is discovered in a world where AI-driven search is the new standard. You’ll lead the evolution from traditional SEO to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), ensuring our content is visible, cited, and trusted in AI-powered search results. Your work will directly impact how millions find and engage with Mindvalley’s transformational content.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute a forward-thinking SEO strategy focused on AI visibility, citability, and brand authority

• Structure and optimize content for AI-driven search, ensuring factual, concise, and machine-readable information

• Own and track organic growth metrics—visibility, engagement, lead generation, and revenue

• Collaborate with content, social, email, and PR teams to align messaging and maximize organic reach

• Lead on-page and technical SEO improvements, staying ahead of search trends and algorithm changes

• Mentor and guide a team of SEO and analytics specialists, fostering collaboration and continuous learning

• Explore and test emerging channels and platforms to expand Mindvalley’s organic footprint

What success looks like:

• Mindvalley’s content is consistently cited in AI-generated search results and overviews

• Organic visibility and engagement metrics show measurable growth across key channels

• The team delivers structured, AI-friendly content that drives brand authority and trust

• Clear, actionable reporting on organic performance is established and shared across teams

What we're looking for?

• Proven experience leading SEO strategies in fast-evolving digital environments

• Deep understanding of AI-driven search, structured data, and entity-based optimization

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making

• Experience managing and mentoring teams

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

• Experience with AI tools for SEO, background in content or PR, familiarity with emerging digital platforms
