We grew in value faster than headcount and we’re looking to align the two quickly. # **What you'll work on here:** * Lead end-to-end brand design projects, from exploration to final polish * Collaborate with Heads of Design and Marketing on strategy * Create compelling visuals that resonate with developers * Build and maintain our brand guidelines * Express ideas through high-fidelity mockups in Figma, Paper, Replit, or design tools of choice # **What you bring to the table:** * 4+ years of brand and creative design experience in SaaS / tech companies * Strong portfolio showcasing identity systems and campaigns * You keep user experience central to your design thinking, balancing the “why” and “how” * Your attention to detail and craftsmanship creates seamless, intuitive design * You understand how design decisions interconnect, ensuring cohesive experiences * You make informed decisions and stay steps ahead * You combine design passion with business acumen and strong relationships * Expert in Figma, Paper, Replit, or design tools of choice * Experience with digital-first brands and developer tools * Understanding of design systems and visual hierarchy * _Nice to have:_ Motion design capabilities # **Company
