By doing so, you will help organizations maximize their technological ROI and successfully navigate the future of work.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><div> </div><ul><li><strong>Client Consultation & Use Case Discovery:</strong> Partner directly with enterprise clients to map out business workflows, conduct deep-dive pain point analyses, and identify strategic opportunities to inject Generative AI capabilities that drive efficiency and reduce operational costs across diverse business units.</li><li><strong>Bespoke Training & Workshop Delivery:</strong> Design, develop, and facilitate highly engaging training curricula, customized change management workshops, and multi-tiered enablement programs (both virtual and on-site) that translate intricate technical concepts into tangible, value-driven strategies for non-technical business users.</li><li><strong>Multi-Platform Enablement & Practical Implementation:</strong> Provide expert consultative guidance and hands-on skill training across four primary enterprise AI ecosystems, tailored precisely to the client's unique business goals:</li></ul><ol><li><strong>Microsoft 365 Copilot:</strong> Guide clients on seamlessly embedding context-aware AI into their daily operational workflows within Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook to optimize organizational productivity.</li><li><strong>Microsoft Copilot Studio:</strong> Deliver specialized workshops empowering clients to design, configure, govern, and deploy low-code/no-code custom AI Agents and internal organizational chatbots.</li><li><strong>Anthropic Claude:</strong> Train teams on advanced prompt design for high-level analytical thinking, long-context data synthesis, multi-document cross-referencing, and specialized industry-specific use cases.</li><li><strong>Gemini Enterprise:</strong> Enable clients to leverage the Google Workspace ecosystem, advanced multimodal features (processing text, audio, video, and code simultaneously), and large-scale data processing for rapid, data-driven business decision-making.</li></ol><ul><li><strong>Change Management & Adoption Strategy:</strong> Formulate comprehensive change management frameworks, establish internal "AI Champions" networks within client organizations, and co-create centralized Best Practices and Prompt Libraries to ensure continuous, sustainable, and long-term user adoption.</li><li><strong>Customer Success & Strategic Value Tracking:</strong> Act as a trusted advisor post-enablement to track, analyze, and evaluate user adoption metrics and consumption data, synthesizing these insights into executive-level reports that justify ROI and outline clear blueprints for next-phase AI scaling.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Qualifications & Skills</strong></div><div> </div><ul><li><strong>Professional

Experience:

</strong> 2–5 years of proven experience in IT Consulting, Technical Enablement, Customer Success, Management Consulting, or Pre-Sales/Post-Sales Technical Consulting, with a track record of serving mid-to-large enterprise clients.</li><li><strong>Deep AI Expertise:</strong> Comprehensive, hands-on mastery of enterprise AI solutions including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Anthropic Claude, and Gemini Enterprise.

Relevant technical or cloud vendor certifications are highly advantageous.</li><li><strong>Consultative & Presentation Mastery:</strong> Exceptional public speaking, storytelling, and active listening skills.
