Are you ready to turn aviation into a lifeline for the most isolated communities in Chad? As our Strategic Partnership Manager, you will bridge the gap between MAF’s unique flight solutions and the humanitarian and spiritual needs of a nation. This is more than a networking role; it is a high-level opportunity to build strategic alliances, influence donor relations, and empower global NGOs to go further. • Optimize Flight Utilisation: Work directly with partners to develop new shuttle routes, maximize payload capacity, and create "Memorandum of Understanding" agreements that increase flight frequency.

    • Manage Institutional Donor Relations: Collaborate on international tender processes and grant proposals to secure funding and participation in large-scale humanitarian consortiums.

    • Represent MAF Externally: Act as the primary point of contact for government bodies (such as SPONGAH) and NGO networks to advocate for MAF’s operational interests and visibility.
