• Have previous veterinary reception experience; veterinary or medical reception experience is strongly preferred
• Are warm, compassionate, and confident, even when things become busy or emotional
• Communicate clearly and professionally in person, over the phone, and digitally
• Are dependable and committed to supporting your teammates
• Can manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
• Are comfortable discussing veterinary services, treatment estimates, and payments
• Bring positive energy and genuinely enjoy being part of a team
• Are adaptable, organized, and ready to learn and grow

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage a high-volume phone system with accuracy and care
• Schedule appointments and help coordinate patient flow throughout the day
• Respond to client messages and communicate with the medical team
• Assist with client education, billing, estimates, and financial transactions
• Keep information organized and communication moving between clients and teammates
• Provide a steady, compassionate presence during everything from exciting new-puppy visits to difficult goodbyes

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities are available
• Saturday availability is required
