    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Veterinary Oncologist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about building their own service within an established practice. We offer the flexibility to create your own schedule and drive your quality of life! The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to achieving the highest standards of clinical excellence and personalized care.

    Responsibilities and Benefits

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and build your own oncology service within the practice
    • Collaborate with our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to provide comprehensive care
    • Diagnose and treat a variety of complex medical conditions in small animals
    • Work closely with pet owners to educate them on their pet's condition, treatment options, and ongoing care
    • Participate in continuing education and stay current with the latest advancements in veterinary oncology
    • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

    Qualifications:

    • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school
    • Board certification or residency-trained in veterinary oncology
    • Strong desire to build and develop a new service within the practice
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Commitment to delivering high-quality, personalized care to patients and clients
    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
