Job Description          

Primary Role and Responsibilities will include Payroll & Receivables

· Driver Payroll Settlement processing in McLeod trucking software

· Enter & maintain payroll data in Excel & in software.

· Review & Audit payroll for accuracy and Discrepancies

· Engage & answer questions regarding payroll

· Maintain Organized records & Documentation

· Create daily bank deposits and posting of funds daily

· Accounts Receivables, making calls and ensuring timely payment from customers

Back-up Accounts Payable

· Support & Back up Payable processing

· Enter invoices & maintain Accurate vendor records

· Assist with Invoice matching, payment processing & reconciliations

· Provide coverage for Accounts payable responsibilities when needed

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· High School diploma or GED

· 2 years’ Accounting Experience

· Strong Attention to detail

· Ability to maintain confidentiality

· Basic Office experience, particularly Excel.

· Strong communication skills
