Compute OEMs (Dell, HPE, HP,…) play an indispensable role in the development of Mistral AI, as suppliers of sovereign AI infrastructure of our strategic clients in public sector and sensitive industries, but also as AI Infrastructure suppliers of Mistral AI's owned datacenters.
As the first hire for Mistral AI’s Hardware OEM Partnerships team, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing relationships with leading hardware OEMs. You will be responsible for driving the adoption of Mistral AI's technology of on-premise, edge and device deployments.
Your responsibilities will incde:
In this role you will lead and grow Mistral AI's partnerships with Hardware OEMs, driving joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and expanding business opportunities across both organizations. You will serve as the primary owner of the relationship with Hardware OEMS, aligning cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.
Success in this role means building strong executive-level relationships, driving OEM deals, and consistently identifying and executing new growth opportunities. You will play a critical role in shaping partnership strategy, influencing product collaboration, and ensuring Mistral AI fully leverages Hardware OEMs’ ecosystem, programs, and resources to accelerate revenue and market presence.
10+ years of experience working with hardware OEMs in solution sales, direct sales or channels
Proven track record managing complex partner relationships and driving measurable business outcomes
Strong experience in alliance management within the high-tech industry at strategic and operational levels
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leadership and C-level executives
Strong knowledge of Sovereign AI frameworks and offerings
Experience developing and executing GTM strategies and business plans with partners
Strong understanding of Hardware OEM's business model, products, programs, and funding structures
Ability to identify and scale new business opportunities through partnerships
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and touchpoints
